We call these our recycled apartments. What's a recycled apartment you ask? It's what happens when the owner of an architectural salvage company with a real appreciation for history, quality materials, and an eye for the details gets his hands on a beautiful historic building on quiet little 1 block long Minor St. and does a top to bottom renovation using the beautiful (and/or funky, unique, weird) materials he's spent years hand selecting and saving from historic Richmond buildings that were being demolished and then individually reworking them into these truly unique apartments. The result is a historic building with a character all its own. Each apartment is a little different based on the pieces at hand but all have brand new modern A/C, plumbing, electrical systems, and feature side by side
